We have all heard of yoga, but what does it really mean for our energy, for our spirit?

Yoga comes from the Sanskrit yuj meaning to unite or join.  This refers to uniting and integrating all aspects of the individual, the body, the mind and the spirit.

Yoga believes everything and everyone is flowing with the same pulsation of energy and is formed of Love, Light and Peace.  The real essence of yoga is about undoing and letting go of anything that is no longer useful and that blocks our true Self from being seen.  

Jo's teaching style incorporates sequences of asana, pranayama and meditation into a Yoga Flow to really get in touch with the body, the mind and the spirit to allow re-alignment and re-connection with the deeper Self. 

This beautiful practice helps to quieten and still the mind and the body whilst developing strength and clarity.  It allows us to once again go with the flow of life and nature.  It is an amazing way to increase energy levels and get in touch with the spirit within each of us.

The yoga flow is suitable for all levels and abilities from complete beginners to well practiced yogis and can be adapted to suit everyone.
